The Service

Mnemosyne is a platform that allows you to drop photos at locations and discover photos dropped by others. By using the app, you accept these terms.

Account

• A valid email and unique username are required
• You are responsible for account security
• Users under 13 years old are not accepted
• You can delete your account from Settings

Content Rules

You own the rights to the content you upload. You grant Mnemosyne only a display license.

Prohibited content:

• Copyright infringement, obscenity, violence, hate speech
• Spam, misleading information, personal data exposure
• Promotion of illegal activities
• Users can report content and block other users; confirmed violations may be removed

Liability

The app is provided 'as is'. We are not responsible for user content or third-party service interruptions. Location data may be approximate.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
